ABOUT IL CONTE VILLA PRANDONE
Il Conte Villa Prandone is a highly regarded, family-owned winery located in the historic medieval village of Monteprandone, within the Marche region of central Italy. Established in the 1950s by Amilcare De Angelis, the estate spans 50 hectares of south-facing vineyards situated 250 meters above sea level. The name “Il Conte” (The Count) is a loving tribute to Amilcare, who was affectionately nicknamed “Lu Kont” by his family and peers. Today, the third generation of the De Angelis family meticulously manages the property, combining historical winemaking techniques with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
