In the mouth it offers a rich and enveloping tasting experience. The freshness is well balanced by soft and silky tyearsns, which give elegance and structure. The red fruit flavors blend harmoniously with spicy notes and a subtle minerality that recalls the volcanic terroir of Etna. The finish is long and persistent.
